Welcome to the Ag Room! I am incredibly honored and excited to be teaching at Spring Hill High School. My goal as the Agricultural Educator and FFA Advisor at this school is create a culture of understanding and appreciation for the Agricultural Industry and all that it entails. A well-balanced FFA program employs a three-circle model. The first circle is Classroom Instruction where students are given foundation level knowledge on things related to Agricultural Education. The second circle is SAE, or Supervised Agricultural Experiences, where students are given the opportunity to complete out-of-school projects that help them gain employment skills that will carry with them through their lives. The final circle is FFA. The FFA is a student organization that is taught inter-curricularly through Ag Education classes where students are given opportunities to apply the classroom content in competitions and conventions with other Agricultural Education Students from around the state and country. I whole-heartedly believe that I have some of the best students in the high school and cannot wait to get the opportunity to work with them through their Agricultural Education classes and through the Spring Hill FFA!
