Hello My Name Is...

Paige White

9th Grade Girls PE  Lifetime Sports

Welcome! I am incredibly excited to be a part of the Spring Hill High School Physical Education Department for the 2017-2018 academic year! I am in the midst of my first year of teaching at SHHS and I am currently instructing four sections of 9th Grade Girls PE and two sections of Lifetime Sports.

I am originally from the small town of Baxter Springs, KS. In the spring of 2017, I received my Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in Physical Education and an emphasis in Coaching from Pittsburg State University (GOrillas!). In my free time, I enjoy camping, kayaking, running, crafting, and spending time with my family and loved ones.

The purpose of my physical education program is to develop the student’s physical fitness in areas relating to cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, team sports, and individual sports. Our program also strives to teach and develop healthful life habits that the student can use now and throughout their lives after high school.

"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."
