COVID-19 EVENT INFORMATION
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and in order to keep our athletes and spectators safe, Spring Hill HS will be implementing the following guidelines for the fall athletic season.
For All Events
- $5 for adults, $4 for students: Please bring exact amount when possible. Concession stand prices are $2 for all items, we will not accept change.
- No outside food or drinks will be allowed into the facilities.
- Fan seating & ticket sales may be limited based on seating capacity to allow for 6’physical distancing of spectators. Families are encouraged to sit together.
- Only essential personnel (player, coaches, officials, administration, and event workers) are allowed on the court or fields.
- At the conclusion of the event, please exit the facilities. Congregating near the locker rooms, in the stands or on the field will not be permitted.
Football
- Masks should be worn when entering and exiting the stadium, anytime social distancing cannot be maintained, and in restrooms or concession areas.
- Varsity Football: For each event, that day’s participants (players, cheerleaders, dance team) will be given FOUR (4) ticket vouchers and TWO (2) ticket vouchers for coaches. The ticket voucher is required at the ticket gate to purchase a ticket. No one will be admitted without a voucher.
- Sub-varsity Football: No restrictions on spectator limit at this time.
Soccer
- Masks should be worn when entering and exiting the stadium, and anytime social distancing cannot be maintained, in restrooms or concession area.
- No restriction of spectator limit at this time. There should be plenty of bleacher seating for spectators to spread out and physical distance.
Volleyball
- Temperature checks will be taken as you enter the gym. Anyone with a temperature of 100.0 degrees or higher will not be allowed to attend.
- Spectators will be required to wear masks at all times.
- There should be plenty of bleacher seating for spectators to spread out and physical distance.

2020-2021 Sports Physicals
The Kansas High School
Athletics Association (KSHSAA) requires all Student-Athletes to complete a
physical packet and return it to the SHHS office. A complete physical packet
includes the following elements:
Completed
PPE Form (must be Revision 3/20)
(The PPE form is new this year, signature requirements have changed. Parents must sign 3 areas.)
Completed doctor's page (Dated
after 5/1/2020)
(Now requires 2 doctor signatures)
Signed 2020-2021 Concussion
page
Completed Emergency Contact
page
(Must have
complete insurance information)
Signed Concussion Vital Signs (new)
Signed Transportation Form
(Minimum of two
parent signatures)
High School Student-Athletes should not use
the Middle School forms. The High School forms are slightly different.
Please note that physicals obtained for the previous school year are not valid
for the 2020-2021 school year. To be valid for the upcoming school year,
physicals must be dated after May 1, 2020. Spring Hill High School requires a
copy of ALL forms, SIGNED, and on file in the office prior to the start of
practice. A student missing paperwork or signatures cannot practice until
everything is complete.
** Requirements as of May, 2020. If KSHSAA modifies requirements for this school year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, SHHS will notify parents immediately.
