Fall Homecoming Court

Congratulations to our 2018 Fall Homecoming King Dylan Hilgendorf and Queen Meghan Goff! Candidates were nominated by their classmates. Queen candidates were Mallory Smith, Anna Barnett, Meghan Goff, and Kalia Woodhead. King candidates were Easton Jones, Nolan Ewing, Dylan Hilgendorf, and Devlin Davis.

Coronation of the king and queen took place during halftime of the football game against Paola Friday, Sept. 21. 

Biographies for each of the candidates are shown below.

Mallory Smith
is a member of National Honor Society, PALS, LINKS and SADD. She is also a member of Youth Court, Volunteer Club, FCA, and StuCo. Mallory was selected as a prom hostess her sophomore year and a SHIBT hostess her sophomore and junior years. On the varsity soccer team she lettered all four years and currently serves as team captain. She was selected for 2nd Team All State her sophomore year and 1st Team All State and Best in Kansas in soccer her junior year. In addition, she earned 1st Team All Frontier League sophomore and junior years. Mallory is a straight A student who plans to pursue a degree in biomedicine before attending pharmacy school.

Easton Jones has played football all four years and basketball three years. He plans to play a sport in college but is undecided on a major.

Anna Barnett
has been a member of Hype Squad for three years, PALS and FFA for one year, and LINKS two years. She was a baseball manager for two years. Anna plans to major in nursing but is undecided on a college.

Nolan Ewing is a LINKS leader and was the class vice president his freshman year. He has played football all four years and was named to All League his junior year. He has been involved in wrestling for three years, baseball two years, track for two years, and basketball one year. An honor roll student, Nolan plans to play football at the next level and obtain a degree in sports broadcasting.


Meghan Goff
has been involved with PALS, LINKS, Volunteer Club, and Hype Squad. She has played varsity basketball for three years and on the state championship softball team for two years. She has a 4.0 GPA and is a member of National Honor Society. Meghan hopes to play basketball in college and study sports medicine.

Dylan Hilgendorf has played football all four years and baseball two years. He was on the honor roll for two years. Dylan plans to attend Pittsburg State University. 


Kalia Woodhead
has been a member of the varsity track team all four years, having qualified for state last year. She has been a member of the cross country team three years and played volleyball one year. She has been involved in FCA all four years, LINKS for two years, and PALS for one year. She has been a member of National Honor Society for two years and is currently serving as president. She was in StuCo as junior class vice president and currently as senior class president. Kalia plans to enlist in the U.S. Air Force for six years where she will attend college and major in elementary and physical education.

Devlin Davis has played football all four years, three of which on the varsity team as a starter. He has been a member of the wrestling team for two years, track and field for one year, and baseball for one year. Devlin plans to play football at the college level.
